FAQ's

  • How Quickly will I receive my order?
  • Any item which is in stock we aim to dispatch the same working day if your order is placed before 2pm (please note we are closed Monday & Tuesdays). Any item which is not in stock will be shipped to you the same working day that it arrives with us. Our standard delivery usually takes 2-3 days to arrive within the mainland UK, Express 48 normally arrives within 24-48 hours within mainland UK. If you need something urgently please contact us and we can arrange a 24 hour courier service (at extra cost).
  • How Do I know if you have the item in stock?
  • If our website shows the item as "in stock" this means that we physically have the item in stock in store and will dispatch straight away. If the item you are looking at shows "contact us for availability" please contact us via the website, phone, email or Facebook page so we can get you an estimated delivery date from the supplier
  • Why can I not order items on your website which say "please contact us for availability"?
  • Due to the current situation with both COVID 19 and Brexit some items have very long lead times (sometimes several weeks or even months). This doesn't mean we cannot order these items for you but we feel it's only right that we make you aware of the estimated delivery date before you place your order with us. For any of these items please contact us via the "ask a question" section below each item or via email, phone or our Facebook page and we'll get back to you ASAP with an expected delivery date. If you then want to place an order we will send you a link to checkout with the items you are looking to order and we will keep you up to date with the progress of your order.
  • What happens if I don't receive my order?
  • In the unfortunate and rare case that you don't receive your delivery in time please contact us via the website, phone, email or Facebook page and we will do our best to locate it with the courier and get it to you ASAP. Please allow up to 5 working days on standard delivery before contacting us regarding a missing delivery as sometimes there are minor delays with the couriers during busy periods.
  • Can I collect my order from you in store?
  • Yes of course! You can choose the click and collect option at checkout for items we have in stock and your order will be ready to collect within the hour!
  • Can you order in other items which aren't on your website?
  • Yes we can! We have a huge range of suppliers and have access to most brands within the cycling industry. Just send us a message or pick up the phone and we can let you know straight away if we can get the item you're looking to purchase.
  • I've seen an item cheaper elsewhere, do you price match?
  • Sometimes it's very difficult to compete with the big chains that have huge buying power and lots of stock to move! However we'd love to keep supplying you with all your cycling parts, accessories & clothing throughout the year. Just fill in the "ask a question" box below the item you've seen cheaper elsewhere stating where you've seen it and what price it's at and we'll have a look and get back to you ASAP.
  • Do you have stock in store which isn't available to buy on your website?
  • Yes we do have some items that are not on our website, typically a lot of small consumable parts such as brake cables, gear cables, spare levers, bleed screws, etc are not all listed on our website. We also have some brands which cannot be sold online such as the awesome Hunt Wheelsets. If you'd like to order a set of these please contact us via phone, email, Facebook or the website for pricing & availability or, even better, come and see them in person in store!
