E-bikes are allowed on the lifts, and you can charge at the chalet – just bring a travel adapter.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eWhat protective kit do I need?\u003c\/strong\u003e A DH-certified full face helmet and knee pads as a minimum. The remaining balance of £1,095 is due by 21\/07\/2027. Once you've paid your deposit, we'll email you confirmation of your booking along with the other information we need from you. If you cancel before 30\/04\/2027, we will retain your £200 deposit and refund any other payments you have made. If you cancel on or after 30\/04\/2027, no refund of any payments made will be given, and the full trip price of £1,295 remains payable – including any balance not yet paid by the date you cancel.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf you have not paid your full balance by 21\/07\/2027, Pedalz reserves the right to re-sell your place without prior notice.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIn the unlikely event that we have to cancel the trip due to circumstances outside of our control (excluding Force Majeure), we will refund 100% of your booking.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIf your booking cannot go ahead because of Force Majeure, we will not be in breach of contract or liable for any form of compensation. As a gesture of goodwill, we will refund 50% of any payments made if a cancellation is caused by events amounting to Force Majeure. Any such damage must be paid directly to the property by you before departure and is not the liability of Pedalz.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eIt is a condition of booking that all clients have personal travel insurance, as Pedalz Limited does not provide travel insurance. You must make sure your insurance adequately covers accident, third party risks, mountain sports, bike park and lift-assisted mountain biking, illness or any other mishap during the entire holiday (including travel to and from the resort), and costs incurred from damage to the property or adjacent properties caused by you, any member of your party, your employees or your visitors. We also recommend insurance to cover your personal possessions.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eWe are not MTB or mountain guides, so we cannot guide you. The package includes 5 days of group rides, but taking part in these is at your own risk and Pedalz Limited accepts no liability for any injury or damage to yourself or your equipment during your stay.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eRiders are fully responsible for their own actions on any group ride. We do not accept responsibility for the actions of other riders or their consequences. Riders must provide their own insurance cover while attending group rides, and any accident or injury caused by a rider's actions and\/or a third party is the full responsibility of that rider and\/or the third party. Riders confirm they are physically and mentally capable of riding the distance advised by the ride leader; if they change their route, they are responsible for the consequences. Riders must wear, as a minimum, a suitably designed cycling-specific helmet for the whole ride, and we reserve the right to refuse participation if this is not met. Riders confirm that their bike and all their equipment are of a suitable standard and trail-worthy for the longest distance and roughest terrain planned.
