STRETCH & FLEX
Resistance bands are true all-rounders. They are suitable for stretching but also for weight training. However, conventional latex bands age very quickly and wear out. Our new woven resistance bands are made of a latex-polyester fabric and have 3 decisive advantages: they are more skin-friendly, more durable and washable.
Not without reason they belong to the standard equipment of our Praep® athletes. After some tests it was clear that we can cover a wide range of training with two resistances. After all, you don't use 15 different dumbbells in the gym ;-)
